Event Space Rental Package Requirements:

Please make note of the following items:
- The client must be 21 years of age or older to book an event.
- A signed contract and non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150 must be received to reserve your date and time.
- The balance of the total event cost is due 15 days prior to the event date.
- The maximum guest occupancy for the event rental space is 60 individuals.
- Event Space Rental Hours: Start Time 11:00 AM - End Time 8:00 PM upon availability.
- A member of the YCI Team will contact the Client via e-mail or phone to confirm if the proposed date and times are available.
Event Space Rental Package Details:
- The total package cost is $750.
- 3-hour event space rental.
- YCI staff will complete the setup of 72-inch round tables which will include one tablecloth cover and one standard YCI created centerpiece design per guest table, in addition to the setup of chairs at each table per the confirmed guest headcount.
- YCI staff will complete the setup of 1 large rectangular table and up to 2 small rectangle tables per request for additional use as required. Up to 3 plastic table skirts and 3 plastic tablecloths will be provided for these tables.
- YCI staff will provide white paper goods and clear cutlery items defined as follows: plates, napkins, forks, knives, spoons and clear 16 oz. plastic cups per person based on the confirmed guest count.
- YCI staff will decorate! Make an appointment to drop your additional event items off 24 to 48 hours prior to your event and the YCI staff will complete the setup.
- Client arrival 1 hour prior to the contracted event start time for setup purposes only. The 1-hour setup will be provided for No Additional Charge.
- Onsite supervision by a staff member of the YCI Team for the duration of the event.
- Client is entitled to complimentary usage of YCI's blue-tooth speaker to stream tunes via their mobile or electronic device. YCI will not supply a device to stream music.
- Clean-up Service provided by the staff of YCI.
Please make note of the following items:
- The standard centerpiece designs are the property of YCI and cannot be taken off site or sold for purchase.
- YCI will not guarantee the setup of personal event items delivered same day.
- The Client will be responsible for providing YCI with up to (2) basic color selections for the tablecloths and table skirts. YCI defines basic colors as primary colors such as the followings: (red, pink, blue, green, yellow, orange, etc.) Feel free to inquire about unique color and pattern designs. Please note that any specialty items may be subject to an additional charge.
- A tablecloth will not be placed on a table in which a guest anticipates utilizing food warmers. This could lead to a potential hazard.
- No additional time is provided for clean-up.
