Birthday Party Package Requirements:
Birthday Party Package Details:
- Birthday party days and hours: Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM -8:00 PM
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150 along with a copy of the signed contract is required to reserve your date and time (deposit will be applied to the total cost of the birthday party package)
- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the scheduled birthday party date
- Participants: The child must be between ages (4-6)
- Parent Waiver: A waiver must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian of each individual birthday party participant prior to partaking in the Zumba session activities. Please understand that there will be No Exceptions!
- Attire: Sneakers and comfortable fitness wear is highly recommended for each birthday party participant
Birthday Party Package Details:
- Zumba Birthday Party Package Price: $500
- 2-hour party space rental
- Party Setup & Clean-Up completed by YCI Coordinator
- Up to 8 children participants (includes birthday boy/girl)
- $35 for each additional birthday participant (Please note that 14 is the maximum number of children participants)
- 50 minutes of Zumba Fun - Lead by a Certified Zumba Kids Jr. Instructor which includes the following:
- 5 minutes of icebreaker activity and warm-up dancing
- 35 minutes of main Zumba Party Fun (song choice by birthday boy/girl)
- 10 minutes of kids Zumba cool-down and dance games
- YCI Coordinator will be available to provide assistance
- Party Supplies (paper & plastic plates, napkins and utensils) in your choice of color
- Zumba inspired decorative centerpiece design which includes up to 6 latex balloons
- Pizza (1 slice per each participating child)
- Beverages (1 chilled juice box per each participating child)
- Zumba party favor/souvenir for birthday boy/girl only
