- Wedding planning process kick-off 60-30 days prior to the wedding day
- Professional wedding planning consultations
- YCI Coordinator will visit both the ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding day
- YCI Coordinator will prepare a well-organized ad detailed wedding day timeline
- YCI Coordinator will attend and provide oversight at the wedding rehearsal
- YCI Coordinator will contact the venue and vendors (1-2) weeks prior to the wedding day to communicate/distribute the wedding day timeline and confirm the wedding day highlights and details
- YCI will attend and assist the bride, groom and bridal party at the bridal prep locations on the wedding day
- YCI will have a "Wedding Survival Kit" onsite the day of the wedding, which includes all of the necessary wedding day essentials. Just in case the unexpected happens!
- YCI will provide onsite coordination and supervision at the ceremony, photography session, cocktail hour and reception sites to ensure the wedding day is executed as planned.
