Introducing our Zumba Kids Birthday Parties! What a fun and exciting way to enjoy your special day with family and friends!
Birthday Party Package Details:
- Zumba Birthday Party Package Price: $500
- 2-hour party space rental
- Party Setup & Clean-Up completed by YCI Coordinator
- Up to 8 children participants (includes birthday boy/girl)
- $35 for each additional birthday participant (Please note that 14 is the maximum number of children participants)
- 50 minutes of Zumba Fun - Lead by a Certified Zumba Kids Instructor which includes the following:
- 5 minutes of icebreaker activity and warm-up dancing
- 35 minutes of main Zumba Party Fun (song choice by birthday boy/girl)
- 10 minutes of kids Zumba cool-down and dance games
- YCI Coordinator will be available to provide assistance
- Party Supplies (paper & plastic plates, napkins and utensils) in your choice of color
- Zumba inspired decorative centerpiece design which includes up to 6 latex balloons
- Pizza (1 slice per each participating child)
- Beverages (1 chilled juice box per each participating child)
- Zumba party favor/souvenir for birthday boy/girl only
Birthday Party Package Requirements:
- Birthday party days and hours: Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM -8:00 PM
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150 along with a copy of the signed contract is required to reserve your date and time (deposit will be applied to the total cost of the birthday party package)
- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the scheduled birthday party date
- Participant Eligibility:
- Children Ages (4-6) are eligible to participate in Zumba Kids Jr.
- Children Ages (7-12) are eligible to participate in Zumba Kids.
- Parent Waiver: A waiver must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian of each individual birthday party participant prior to partaking in the Zumba session activities. Please understand that there will be No Exceptions to signing required waiver
- Attire: Sneakers and comfortable fitness wear is highly recommended for each birthday party participant

Need Additional Party Time?
Add hours to your current birthday party package. The package requirements and details will remain the same, with the exception of having the flexibility to add more time to celebrate! YCI encourages Clients to notify us if additional hours are required upon the initial birthday party booking. YCI cannot guarantee the availability to book additional hours post the signing of the initial contract. Should you be required to book additional hours post signing the initial contract, YCI recommends that you contact us to check our availability first.
