We are the preferred venue for your upcoming Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Milestone Celebration, Workshop, Launch Party, Corporate Meeting, Fundraiser and Social Networking Events, just to name a few!
Weekend Rates Event Hours of Operations: Friday & Saturday- 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Curfew) Sunday- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Curfew) Minimum Venue Rental Hours: 4.5-Hours Deposit Requirement: $200.00
Weekday Rates Event Hours of Operation 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Curfew) Minimum Venue Rental Hours: 4.5-Hours Deposit Requirement: $200.00

Here's what's included within our Event Venue Rental Services:
YCI staff will complete the setup of tables and chairs in accordance to the total guest count and event specifications (Linen is not included in the General Venue Rental and must be purchased as an additional service)
Onsite supervision by a staff member of the YCI Team for the duration of the event.
Client is entitled to complimentary usage of YCI's State of the Art speaker system (upon availability) to stream tunes via Client’s mobile or electronic device. YCI will NOT supply a mobile or electronic device to stream music.
Client is responsible for cleaning and disposing of all items by the "Event Breakdown End Time" which is 30 minutes after the "Event End Time". Additional fees may be assessed if clean-up is not completed by the "Event Breakdown End Time"
Event Venue Rental Requirements:
Client must be 21 years of age or older to book an event.
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit must be received in full to reserve your event date and time.
The balance of the total event cost is due 10 days prior to the event date.
The maximum guest occupancy for the event space rental is 50 guests.
Table covers must be placed on each table being utilized for the event. Important: A linen or non-flammable table cover must be used on tables in which food warmers will be placed.
